Employment audit and risk mapping
Mapping employment risk, reviewing practices for compliance, remediation planning.

The approach
An employment audit starts from the documents actually in force — standard contracts, collective agreements, staff rules, works council minutes, the workplace risk assessment record — and tests them against what is observed in practice. The gap between the two is what creates exposure, far more than the text itself.
The report ranks findings by degree of exposure and cost of correction, not by abstract legal seriousness. Each finding comes with the action that closes it and the person who must carry it out. That ordering comes from Lean Six Sigma practice: an audit that does not say where to start cannot be acted on.
