Herman Twagiramungu
Founding lawyer
Herman Twagiramungu practises in employment law, corporate law and immigration and nationality law. He advises directors and companies on high-stakes transactions and situations, and also acts for employees and individuals in employment and social security matters and on residence and nationality applications.
He has been registered with the Val-d'Oise Bar since July 2025, after twenty-five years in industry. He served as group deputy director for employment law and employee relations at Crédit Immobilier de France from 2017 to 2025, and as head of employee relations for the same group from 2014. In those roles he ran more than twelve mergers of financial companies, ten employment protection plans and eight business transfers, alongside instructed law firms.
He had previously steered employment strategy across American Express's French entities, advised client companies as an employment and HR consultant at SD Worx, and begun his career in employee relations at Renault.
He holds the ICCF certificate in corporate finance awarded by HEC Paris and First Finance, the Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification from École centrale de Paris, and the IOSH Managing Safety certification.
